Scholarship applications for hmca 2027 will open on JUne 1, 2026.
HMCA is proud to provide accessible and inclusive education through our Scholarship Program. The Scholarship Program has provided robust financial assistance to diverse, engaged, and passionate students from all over the Asia-Pacific region.
As a scholarship recipient, students will receive not only financial support, but also mentorship from the HMCA Executive Board before the conference to help prepare for the committee sessions. During the conference, scholarship recipients will be celebrated at a special luncheon with members of the Executive Board. Scholarship recipients will also join a growing network of HMCA alumni all over the Asia-Pacific region.
All scholarships are need-based; they are intended to make the HMCA experience accessible to students of all socio-economic backgrounds and reduce financial barriers to participation. We offer two kinds of scholarships: full and partial scholarships.

Partial scholarships:
Partial Scholarships will be awarded to students who show financial need and a strong interest in HMCA.
If awarded a partial scholarship, your delegate fee will be fully or partially waived. The partial scholarship does not include additional funds for travel expenses.
The partial scholarship application is less intensive than the full scholarship application and does not require you to submit a video for the application.

Full scholarships:
Full scholarships will be awarded to students who demonstrate significant financial need and an exceptional passion for the educational mission of HMCA.
Full scholarships will fully waive the delegate fee and a portion of flight expenses will be covered.
If you apply for a full scholarship but do not receive one, your application will then automatically be considered for a partial application.
