Here is the list of the 13 committees and their briefing topics for HMCA 2027.

Please wait at least 7 days after paying all fees to receive committee assignments. For school delegations, all students must submit their preference forms to receive their committee and role assignments.

ASEAN and BRICS are double delegate committees, which means that two delegates will represent the same country. Both delegates must list each other when ranking their committee preferences, and delegates will be evaluated as a partnership.

COP 30 and House Homeland Security are novice committees, which is a committee for those who are beginners to Harvard Model Congress. This therefore offers a space for beginner delegates to discuss and debate with other beginner delegates. There will be additional attention to giving delegates instructions before committee starts and guidance throughout the conference.

We will give preference to delegates who have not previously attended HMCA.
