For the 22nd annual conference, Harvard Model Congress Asia is excited to be co-hosting with the prestigious University of Tokyo located in Tokyo, Japan!
We are excited to return HMCA to Tokyo after six years and to give our delegates the opportunity to experience the vibrancy of this incredible city. With its dynamic culture and global significance, Japan is the perfect place to host a Harvard Model Congress Asia conference.
Furthermore, we are honored to be working with the University of Tokyo. Established in 1877, the University of Tokyo is Japan’s premier institution of higher learning and research, consistently recognized as the nation’s top university by reputation, academic excellence, and global impact. HMCA is proud to be partnering with the students from the Asian Future Political Leaders Association (AFPLA) at the University of Tokyo. AFPLA hosts annual conferences regarding public service within the political field for early career professionals and students across several universities in Asia. For more information about the University of Tokyo, please visit their website HERE.
Please note that unlike previous years, HMCA will not be hosting its conference on our partner university’s campus. We will be holding all events at Hitotsubashi Hall and the Japanese Education Center in Tokyo, Japan. These venues are across the street from each other, and are well situated in the heart of Tokyo, right across from the Imperial Palace and its surrounding gardens. Students from University of Tokyo AFPLA will still be staffing our conference, giving delegates the opportunity to interact and learn from them.
